I have problem with sansa disk mp3 8 gb

Hello,

my m3 is not usally recognaised by pc and i have problem to charge the battery and mommental the mp3 is not active , and no informatinon no light .what shall i do, thanks for any help.

Lock your system first by placing switch to lock so that the buttons will not operate. then click on the left arrow key, until the lock shows on the screen then it will disappear. Keep your finger on the arrow key the whole time. Then plug into your computer. hope this works.

hi,

make sure that the mp3 player is properly inserted to the USB port.

or it may be an internal problem, get it repaired by a qualified techniician.
