Running F10 and F11 for Windows Viruses

Hello,

I have an Acer Computer. It's brand new. However, upon signing on, the very first time, was infested with viruses
and can't connect to the net now, to download anything.

Question: Is there an F10, or F11 solution to rid this computer of viruses? If you can help me, please do, and
thanks for your time, much appreciated.

PS. This computer only has a chip drive, so no rebooting from a cd, or anything. Thanks.

hello carl,

It's better to remove the virus using software,

I will advise you to update your Windows system regularly,

And also update your antivirus and please scan the whole system
