Windows movie maker problem

Hello, I downloaded Windows Movie Maker from your Mirror 2 and your website said the program was in english.
It turns out that what I downloaded was in French and I have no way of understanding all that. It appears to be Windows Movie Maker alright, I JUST CAN'T READ IT so, when I tried to uninstall it...surprise surprise...there is no way to uninstall. Going to "add and remove programs" doesn't work either as it is NOT on the list of installed programs.

Question 1: How do I get the English version of WMM and
Question 2: How do I UNINSTALL the French version that I trustingly downloaded from you guys?
