PLEASE I NEED help with my laptop

Hello,
My laptop is broken when it starts up it comes up with ......your computer was not shut down successfully........ then it says start your computer in "safe mode, Safe mode with networking, Safe mode with command Prompt or start windows normally". which ever one I click on it does something then the screen goes blank and I can't do anything I can only see the mouse on the screen but the screen is black.
PLEASE HELP ME !!!!!!

my brother had exactly the same problem 2 months ago. He brougth his laptop to the computer shop and they said there was a problem in the system (or something like that) but they could repair it easily. We had nothing to pay because it was a production error... I hope I could help you a little bit.
