Hello,
I have recently come into some problems with my laptop.
I dropped the laptop from no higher then one foot off the ground and it restarted when it came back on it loaded what seemed to be normal then went to a blacky blue screen with a cursor.
from here i cant do anything at all, my f8 doesnt work on start up. some times a blue vista screen will come up with no buttons or anything just the cursor still. I cant ctrl alt delete either, no processes work it seems.
if i can get some help i havent gotten any from the other links that seem to be having similar problems. if more info is needed just comment. I am posting this on my main cpu not my laptop
thanks in advance
Matt

Dear Matt,

I will advise you to take your laptop to be checked by a technician!

This problem can become worse!

Thanks

I had the same problem but I could access the cd drive. So after days of frustration the only option I had was to reinstall win7. However I used the repair option of the installation disc first, put in language and keyboard option and than accessed my lost hard disc and could save all my personal files on a usb stick. Because this problem had happened again after that I formated C: before reinstalling win7. Sorry thats the only solution I could think of. Sounds brutal but once you have recovered all you personal stuff I think its sane to have a clean machine. good luck
