Dear Sir,
If you deleted the user account, you won't be able to get this back!
You try doing system restore.. hope this will work:
Press Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools ----> System Restore Open it and then select a date you had the user account,
then press next
Let the process to be done
Restart your machine normally
This will solve the problem
