Can't connect wireless

Hello,
I have to use a cable. When I try to connect to wireless it says my computer settings are not right. I'm computer illiterate. I know my son was on it before it happened. Anybody know what he might of changed?

Hi,

Just follow below steps and let me know the results.

Start ,

Connect to :

You will find your wireless device.

Click on it : and insert your network key .. it must work!
