Hye there,
First of all, Just make a backup of all your files, copy everything to your external hard drive or to another partition,
Just access your bios, press F1
In your Bios settngs, change HD option from SATA to IDE or Native,
Set Boot priority device to DVD ROM
Insert the Windows XP disc
Save and restart,
then you will be starting to install windows,
Choose the partition where you want to install XP,
You will be asked to format, select format using NTFS file system
Follow the instructions
