Startup inability

Hello, my laptop starts up on its immediate boot with a blank screen,(looks a little bit whitish), beeping sounds and my hard disk indicator does not seem to blink or respond at all. it is a travelmate 8100 , acer laptop.

Hye Sir,

If you are having this problem,

You will have to take your laptop to get it fixed by a technician!

This is a motherboard problem i think
