Remove the write protect in dvd

Hello,
i want to repormat my laptop,i have recovery dvd but it is write protect ho can i removed the write protect

hi,

you cannot remove write protection from a DVD.

try to update the driver firmware of the DVD drive of your laptop.

and to format the computer and then reinstall windows, you will need to have the Windows Installation CD.

buy it from a Microsoft reseller.
