I brought an aspire one acer notebook for my daughter for her graduation give with at&t 3g card. It was working so good until she cleaned out the cookies and now when it starts up she has all these critical message that pops up but cannot connect to the internet to take care of the critical message for another message pops up Windows Socket cannot be found.
We have gone to start menu and connect all. it shows the LAN and the WIRELESS but not connected. Went on properties and no IP address.
Need help for I am feeling bad for my daughter is so unhappy.
Need help to recover this problem so that my daughter can be happy for she will be taking some college classes on line and this would help big time
I cannot even do the restore system as well for it highlights the day you are on and cannot got back from the last day it was working.
