Power Cord Method?

Hello,

Can someone walk me through the power cord removal method? - I've tried many different interpretations, but can someone for which it has worked please give me a walkthrough?

hi,

unplug the power cord of the computer from the mains power supply.

then hold the socket, pull it while moving it right and left.

this should get it out.
