My apple ipod showing 0 bytes

Hello,

my apple ipod 4gb showing 0 bytes i m also try to resolve through "kioskea downloads - system - formatting" but problem not resolved please guide me.

Dear Sir,

All you will have to do is to restore the itunes to factory settings using itunes
