Hello,
can anyone please tell me how to wipe hard drive due to virus. I have downloaded an anti virus program but get this message every time that I try to open a file. every file.
service cannot be started either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it
No one can tell me what this means. The PC shop want £60.00 to wipe the disk. is there anyone out there who can help PLEASE

If you reinstall Windows that will reformat the disk and effectively erase it.
