Problem while starting laptop

Hello,
I have Acer 5100 AMD 32 Aspire 5100 laptop It gives me problem while I put it on. It starts making beep noise as soon as tne acer logo reflects on the screen before it could boot.
Ask to press F2 key for setup.
Please help to sort out my problem.

i think there is a problem with your hard disk. try opening your laptop and reconect the pci to the hard disk......
