Question

Hello, i have been having the same problem but i cannot accsess any of my programmes as when i go to programmes it says "empty" there were programmes on before but they did all work and were there before i did the update someone PLEASE help

hi sir,

follow these few steps :

   
Press Start, 

All Programs, 

Accessories, System Tools ----> System Restore select a date before the update then press next Let the process to be done

Restart your machine normally

Hi Thanks For Your Steps But It Wont Ley Me On Programmes it says empty is there any other way that you no to update it thank you
