Itunes or laptop ?

Hello,
im not sure whether it is my itunes or my laptop, but its not playing the songs, it says it is playing next to the song, but at the top where it moves along the line it isnt moving, and there is no sound coming out of my laptop, what should i do ?

hye there

Please check the volume settings if it's on mute,

Click on the speaker on your taskbar, then click on mixer

Just put everything to high level

If this doesn't work, please re-install your sound device driver
