Limewire mp4 download to player help

I wanted to put a movie on my mp4 so i downloaded a movie from limewire( its already in mp4 format) and now i dont no how to put it on mp4?! if anyone knows how to put stuff to a deviece from limewire please help!!!!

Dear Sir,

Just try to open the location where the movie is saved,

Copy the movie file in the mp4 folder,

Open My Computer, Open your MP4 player then paste the movie file there
