Laptop won't start up

Hello,
I have been using my laptop for about 4 to 5 years now and one night I tried it off. The next morning I turned it on it goes to the screen where it says that I shut it down wrong and to boot it by safe mode, last known, ect. Whenever I hit a button it freezes and I can't do anything but turn it back off. Does anyone have any advice?

Ouch. That sucks mate. Sounds like your Windows installation is stuffed. If you can't even get into safe mode then you'll almost certainly have to reinstall Windows. Make sure you have someone back your data up first too.

If you can manage to get into safemode with networking then try www.fixedlikemagic.com
