Cannot connect to internet

Hello,
When i click on internet icon all that comes up is AOL offline, cannot go anywhere else. Tried other options to access the internet and getting the same result. I do have internet access on another computer in same house as well as access on laptop. What can I do to solve this issue??

Hello There,

Just try to check if you are on offline mode on Internet Explorer,

I think this is why you can't connect
