System is NOT starting

Hello,

Help me please! My system won't start. It was fine the previous night. When i again restart it next day, it won't load at all. The monitor displays a black screen and writes: "system is starting (to interrupt normal setup, press enter)" -but nothing hapens with ENTER or another button...so i cant start at all!
i think is a hardware problem, right;

Hello Sir,

Please restore your computer to an earlier state

To do System Restore: Press F8 when the Computer starts after bios check, then select Safe Mode,
1.Click Start.
2.Point to All Programs.
3.Point to Accessories.
4.Point to System Tools.
5.Click System Restore.
Choose a date when your computer was working fine, then press Next Let the process to be done then the computer will restart normally.

This is the only thing you can do
