Ares dont connet help me....

Hello, my name Jenny and i have ares 2.0.9,3030 and it won't connect it keep saying connecting for hours and i don't know what to do so that it will say online so i can start downloading music.Can you please help me !!!!!!!!!!

Dear Jenny,

You will have to check if you firewall is blocking the Ares Program,

Open Control Panel, then Windows firewall

Click on Allow a program through Windows Firewall,

Click on the Exception Tab,

then Add Program, Add Ares to the exceptions list

then Press Ok
