Cannot Open NIS 2010 and cannot open Firefox

Hello,
When I booted my laptop this morning I can't open Firefox,and I also noticed Norton internet Security not open,so i double-clicked the icon and nothing happened,and when i rightclick the desktop or taskbar it became not responding.

Hope someone knows what the problem is.

Looks like something has snuck in past Norton friend. I would suggest AVG as a much better antivirus solution.

Since we dont know what the infection is it is hard to say what will work - I would recommend trying a scan Malwarebytes though. It is usually very much up to date with the latest threats.
