logging problem Closed

Question

Hello,
i try logging in from my computer but it automaticly log me back off. I Repair the os using the second R Option it will work fine for one week after all i m facing same problem.Is it possible without formating to Resolve this problem, anyone know how To Fix this Virus ???

Hello sir,
It's up to you if you wish to format, 

Its better to format the computer and install a fresh windows

You will need the Windows Installation disc to proceed

You shouldn't need to format. if you have the windows installation disc then you can run a repair installation - this way you wont lose your data.
