MY NAME IS DOUG I NEED HELP FAST I HAVE A PICTURE POP UP EVERYTIME I SHUT OFF MY COMPUTER. I NEED IT TO GO AWAY PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME IT IS A PICTURE OF ME EX AND MY MOM HATES IT. IT IS HER COMPUTER AND NOW SHE IS UPSET AT ME. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO I NEED THIS GONE SOON OR I AM GOING TO BE GROUNDED THANK YOU
