How to download Linux bootable format from in

Hello,
I want to create a Linux bootable cd from internet.
How I create that cd.
please give me solution.

type in google '' download ubuntu 9.04'' click on DOWNLOAD
when its done the file will be .iso. go bay CD/DVD. right click on .iso file and burn with your burning software...
