Linux laptop havin problems...

Hello, please cud u try and help me wid my linux min laptop thingy...
it was working fine last nyt and i went to use it 2day and facebook wasnt workin and was bein reli slow because the internet i think so i restarted the system and when it went to turn back on it came up wid that first screen thingy... the blue one tht says press f2 for setting Tab 4 bios .......... well i just left it cuz it usually stays on tht screen for abwt 5 seconds but it didnt...... :@ i took the battery out for a couple of seconds cuz it usually works but yet again it didnt i went to turn it on and it came up with the same screen........
cud u help me i cnt live widout my laptop =P

Hi
Please let us know what make of laptop it is. This does sound more like a hardware or bios issue than an issue with the OS but do you know which version of linux you are running on your machine normally? Also do you have any Linux Cds around?

You should check your booting devices in the bios settings maybe someone changed it...
