You don't say how your pc connects to the internet but you should try the following:-
1. Make totally sure your oc is free from viruses etc. Download and run a program that is recommended such as malwarebytes anti-malware.
2. Check your connection settings in your browser. They must be right for your type of connection or you won't be able to access the internet, even though you appear to have a connection.
Sorry I can't be more specific as you haven't given me enough information about your normal connection method.
