i have installed two anti virus software on my system. one is Mcafee and another is symantec. Now, there is a trojan virus in application data of symantec antivirus folder. I tried deleting it but doesn't work. i tried uninstalling symantec but system gets hung. Now, my internet explorer,real player and windows media player also get hung as soon as i open it. i tried scanning with Mc afee and cleaning it but system gets hung again. is there any solution to this or should i reload my OS? I use windows XP. please help me..
hey u need to format ur pc again .. i suggest u 1 thng dnt install 2 antivirus softwares togther this will hang ur pc n lead to have sme viruses so ,, u need to format ur pc or install os again this ll solve ur prob
