first screen of motherboard is displying late Closed

Hello,

I have a desktop PC. My system was running well before some days. One day it started rebooting itself.
Now if system is shutdown for a 2-3 hours and when I start my system, first screen of motherboard is displaying after a long time ,almost 15 min. If I restart again , it takes normal time.  Help me to short out the problem.

This means you don't have enough memory requirements on your computer,

I'll advise you to upgrade the RAM memory, 

Please purchase memory modules of same frequency as you are using
