Window cant start after formating

Hello,
i have a problem with my sony vaio system,.... when formatting the system,the time in which the system will restart that is were i got my problem...the window cant come up next thing is that the window can not start because there is a missing file and that i should reinstall in win xp c.d. i have try it with diffrent xp even try to install win vista the same problem.
