blank screen Closed

Question

Hello,
I shut my computer 2 hours ago and when i switched on again 30 minutes ago it strted running right up to the sign in then all went blank. i pressed the on/off button to switch off then on again several times but no luck. I happen to have the on-screen keyboard the only window that appeared, so i fiddled with it and went into help through microsoft which connected me on-line. im desparately trying to finish my work and dont know what to do. pls help as im still on line. Ta

Hi: I too have the exact same computer system, for DAYS now I have turned on and off the computer, ran system checks (all fine) and all I get is a light blue screen - not the Blue Screen of Death - with error messages on it - Just light bluc, NOTHING else. I have phoned HP they want $70 to help me! So ANY ideas would be appreciated, I can get on to the web if I press help when rebooting but that's it! Thanks in advance
