Webpage won't connect to the internet

Hello,
I uninstall norton 360 software from my computer because it was sending me a message that it's out of date now I can't connect to the internet.

Maybe winsock catalog is corrupted after antivirus uninstallation, you can test to use netsh winsock reset to fix this problem.
