Boot up problem

Hello,
Computer boots up fine from cold and restarts ok on restart. When I turn off computer and try to boot up few minutes later nothing hapens. I can hear the switch clicking but it does not boot up, after approx 30 minutes left switched off it starts up as normal.
Any sugestions.
