Long beeps Dell machine

Hello,
I,m having a difficult time. I tried to reinstall my memory card 166Mhz 512MB and keep getting a long beep, in 1 second bursts. The A light at the back is green and the rest are (BCD) are amber. I have a E210882 Board

if recently you changed your memory stick

or upgraded

you need to put back the same frequency
