download and install a program called crapcleaner
https://www.ccleaner.com/
it's free.
in the first window tick all the boxes.
click on the applications tab, click all the boxes.
click analyze.
it will do a scan of your system and bring up a result.
click on run cleaner (bottom right)
next click on registry icon on left of screen.
click on all boxes
scan for issues.
fix selected issues
click on no to the next popup.
click on fix all selected issues
click on tools on left.
looking through the list
run the uninstaller for any of the items that you think don't belong there. ie programs that you have not installed or no longer want.
when that's done
reboot your system. hopefully that message will have gone.
