Computer Wont Run CDs

Hi,
I've been trying to put in several disc into my computer and my computer wont open any of them, instead it just makes a clicking noise as if the lens is stuck and needs to be reset. I'm not sure how to reset it and I dont know how to open the computer. If there is a command I can type it that would be very helpful. Thanks.

hi there,

your drive may be outdated

go to device manager and update it

or the cd itself is damaged

use other clean cd and try
