Pen drive not sported

Hello,
one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it for assistance in solving this problem . please suggeset me as soon as i am wating your reply

Dear Sir,

All you will have to do is to connect the pen drive to another USB port on your computer,

This will solve the problem and you will be able to open your Pen drive
