Can't find the existing messenger

Hello,
i dowloaded the installation from "msn.com" then i can't find it , then when i tried again to download it .it says "delete the existing one ,what can i do??????:)

Hye Sir,

Just open Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel,

Remove the existing Windows Live Messenger,

Then download this version here:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=7a1aae73-48cc-4f7a-b445-0487bd5e84ef&DisplayLang=en

it isn't existing in"add or remove programmes" :(
