JESUS.. msn sucks somehow

Hello,
i tried to re-install the msn , removed it from Add or Remove , installed an older version BUT a TroubleShoot window keeps showing up while all the options are ticked correctly with no problem ,, whats the solution.. i cant sign in !!!! PLEASE HELP ='[

Hello there,

Please check your time and date if they are correct!

Then also check the timezone depending on the country you are living,

Then Restart your computer and try to sign in again
