ok,
right click on my computer,
select properties
select advanced tab
select startup and recovery settings
untick the 'automatically restart' box.
click ok.
now when it crashes it will stop with a blue screen.
this blue screen (commonly refered to as BSOD, or blue screen of death) will have a lot of text on it.
the first couple of lines will have a message. this is the information that is needed. the rest of it will need some other software to decipher exact meaning.
anyway, next time it BSOD's copy the message to here and we'll be able to point you in the right direction to correct fault.
