Want my money back

I have paid my membership on my visa. I have a password number for crying out loud but yet I cannot FREAKINNG access ares. It will not go on the internet. My address and passwords are excepted. I put in names of artist and songs and NOTHING comes up. I leave the search on and get nothing. Now I'm told my e-maill address isn't in the system. I just want you to reinburse my visa. Frig this! It's very frustrating.
