Hello,
Earlier today I was using my Acer Aspire 3620 laptop, and everything was normal. I just set it down for a few minutes, and it automatically goes to stand by, I believe.
After a while I flip the lid up and since my screen is blank I try to push a few keys and click the mouse button. Nothing worked so I tried holding down the power button for the longest time; it didn't work.
There is no sound of a working harddrive or a fan.. but there is a green light indicating the power is on.
I'm thinking that it is stuck in sleep mode, but I'm just guessing!!
The screen is black, and none of the keys work!! (I tried pushing the cap locks to see if the light switched on indicating this was on, but it didn't.)
Please help with this situation!!!!!!!!
