Pen drive can not format

Hello,
my pen drive can not be formatted. when i try to open the pen drive then a message comes saying that do you want to format the pen drive as it is not formatted. when i try to format it it can not take the action saying that not supported.

Please use the HP USB Storage format tools,

Download it here:

https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4639-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool/

Install and then run to format your pen drive
