Fujitsu Siemens

Hello,
My Fujitsu siemens amilo is turning on but the screen stays black, the led lights are turning on and it will sometimes bring me to my log in screen but then restarts itself. Any suggestions what to do?

hi there,

you need to get it to

a mobile phone technician and flash it

then reinstall the system software
