Arrow keys stop working

Hello,
I m using dell inspiron 6400 since about 2 & half years but suddenly the arrow keys i.e, upward and left one stop working. Is there any hardware fault or the fault is due to windows corrupt.Pls guide me wat to do?

you might of spilled some liquid on them somehow.. Just get a new keyboard.. you can find one for real cheap if you want.. or you can spend lots up to you..

The one I'm writing to you on now.. has keys that don't work if I move it anywhere from being flat.. /shrug.. just how it is.
