Flash Disk unable to be formatted :(

I have Transcend 4 GB that unable to be formatted. I had already copy paste all files inside before removed all data in there to my laptop and then try to formatted. Too bad, it can't be formatted. Do you have any suggest for me? Yeah, except threw it and buy new flash disk. hehehehe....Thanks a lot.

Oh, i use ACER Aspire 3630 and windows XP. I hope all of you or one of you help me in this case. :) Thanks, guys! I appreciate that a lot.
