Pc shuts down and reboots

Hello,my pc shuts down showing blue screen.i am using dell vostro laptop 1510.i bought it last november. i formatted windows many times but
the pc works for only few days and
again the problem starts. sometimes when i try to start pc it jus hangs with nothithe screen not even the company logo and all the capslock, numlock keys start flashing. i do not think its a problem of virus bcoz if it is a virus then problem would have stopped after formatting.please suggest me what should i do

Dear Sir,

This can be a problem with your hard drive,

It's better you replace the hard drive and re-install windows
