Unable to remove using remove program

Hello,
I have a program that i cannot remove with the remove program tool in the windows system...
I didn't install the program intentionally - and it has taken over the computer with constant pop ups and warnings on every website i visit - be warned program name is "TOTAL SECURITY"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
