Hard Drive Write Error Closed

Question

Hello,

My computer quit booting up windows, kept crashing ect. I can't access to safe mode to do anything. Tried to do the full recovery of operating system with the recovery disks. I tried to reformat my hard drive with them. It says Preparing recovery partition - please wait then it says hard drive write error! Press any key to continue. I tried several times but it still says the same thing.  What should I do now????

Dear Sir,
 
It's better to format the computer and re-install the a fresh windows on your computer

This is the best thing to be done

Hi 

Thanks for your reply.  However, I already tried to re-format my computer, but everytime after I load the  recovery disk, it says "Hard Drive Write Error' and asked me to hit any key to continue, then it says 'Hard Drive Write Error' again.
Any suggestion?  Thanks.
